Conformance status
We have not declared a conformance status for this site.
Automated checks find a subset of accessibility barriers. They cannot establish conformance with WCAG or with EN 301 549: that takes review by people, including testing with assistive technologies. We have no such review on record, so this statement makes no conformance claim.
What we check automatically
We run 5 automated checks in Chromium. Each runs only on the pages, and at the widths, listed for it below.
The checks
Overflow
The page does not scroll sideways, and no visible element extends past the edge of the viewport unless it sits inside a container meant to scroll.
axe-core rules
axe-core runs the rules it tags as WCAG 2.0 A and AA, WCAG 2.1 A and AA and WCAG 2.2 AA. The check fails on any violation axe-core rates serious or critical. Violations it rates moderate or minor do not fail it, and neither do results axe-core cannot decide on its own.
Touch targets
Every button, link, form field and other control measures at least 44 by 44 pixels when the viewport is 672 pixels wide or less, and at least 24 by 24 pixels when it is wider. A link in running text (inside a paragraph, a list item or a control's label) is not measured, nor is a disabled control, and a field inside its label is measured by the label.
Keyboard focus
Every control that can take keyboard focus does take it, and shows an outline at least 2 pixels wide, or a change to its outline, border, shadow or background. The check does not measure the contrast of that change.
Text spacing
We apply the WCAG text-spacing override (line height 1.5, letter spacing 0.12em, word spacing 0.16em, and 2em after each paragraph) and check that no text that fitted before is cut off by its container.

When the checks run
Before we release a new version, these checks must pass, or we record why we released without them.
They run on our own machines, against test data, not against the live site.
Audits with our own product
We have also audited our own site, on our preview server, with Your UX Agent. These runs are separate from the checks above.

Known issues
These are the issues our product still reported when it audited the signed-in dashboard again, after our fixes, on .
Our record does not list what the full-site run on found on the public pages, so this list may be incomplete for them. In our first run, on , both kinds of issue below appeared on every page we sampled, the public pages included.
- Long main-thread tasks, on the signed-in dashboard: 7 occurrences, recorded on . The page sometimes keeps the browser busy long enough to delay its response to a tap or a key press. Our check reports a page with three or more tasks over 50 milliseconds, or 200 milliseconds of blocking in all. We have not yet confirmed those limits are the right ones, so we have not treated these as defects to fix.
- Readability of page copy, on the signed-in dashboard: 7 occurrences, recorded on . Some of the text scores as hard to read. This check gives advice rather than measuring a violation, and we have not yet reviewed the wording it flags.

The free scan, /try-it, is checked only in the 6 states listed under Public pages above. Its empty form, a live run whose progress arrives, and a finished result are not checked.
Every page is checked with the cookie choice already made, so the open cookie banner is not checked by axe-core.

The checks run in Chromium only. They do not include manual testing, testing with screen readers, keyboard-only journeys through a whole task, or zoom to 200%.
